How can you ever have an established community and how can merchants exist when nobody is ever there!!!!You can not prosper on constuction workers only...You need the people of the community,and they don't exist....I hate to be negative but Juan Dolio will get worse before it gets better... need to weed out these so called investors.... Euro about to tank.....

On the tourist side it's quite now because it's low season and that's everywhere. Bavaro has a couple of hotels that are closed until November/December!!!
This is normal at this time of the year but the investors are coming and buying.
