What's the deal with the name? What did GW have to do with DR? Also, I've been to DR 11 times since 1999 alone and there are no working street lamps (except for the hotels), the water and edge rocks are dirty, there are a bunch of empty lots, and half built "new construction" buildings. You would think this place would be developed, what's your input?
