If they are not happy with the amount why don't they do something about it beside corruption? Doctors, teachers, students, drivers, and consumers do it.

and DO SOMETHING about it like some educated citizens like your mentioned doctors or such could do???
i really think it is time that you do your research or start to learn about this country's basics before slamming on poster which told you exactly the reality.
