not really...i was thinking the same thing & thats why i asked where they are right now
it would probably be easier to wait until he has arrived in her country....that is if we are correct in our assumption
after i married my husband...i just went in with our marriage certificate translated to english & had my name changed.
it was so easy & i am sure it is the same if it were the husband doing it...just depends on what country they are in
