Question Retiring Generals? Involuntary? $$? Pensions?

President Fernandez has recently seemingly involuntarily "retired" 10 - 15 - 20 generals; @ 3 months after his re-election?

* If these generals were inadequate, or worthy of dismissal, why " retire" them?
* As a public service, should not the Gov't also announce:

* 1. How old each retired general is;
* 2 What the amount of his annual pension will be; subject to future increases? Fringe benefits?
* 3. Will the now vacant positions of the retired generals be filled?
* 4. Are there competitive exams for these jobs?
* 5. Of each of the retired generals, how many other family members remain on the DR Gov't payrolls? Names? Ages? Compensation? Job titles?
Should not the collective press ask these questions? Food for thought.
