Forgot to add, the payment balance is looking really dim this year. Exportation in the lapse January - June of 2008 is already less compared with the same lapse in 2007. The difference is 77 millions less exported. Importations have increased a lot from 6,369 millions to 8,574 in the lapse mentioned above. The causes of that rise is huge oil prices in the summer and reckless spending in the election year.
