NO WONDER !!!... they dont even answer emails to GOOD potential customers/investors, about simple questions to clarify information they present at their website.
Ditto for Banco Reservas, despite the fact they publish the email to contact the "ADMINSTRATOR".
Some companies list all their emails, at least by department, some even web/chat with clients... it is much more efficient.
