That's $10 to $25 million that won't be going to help the unfortunate folks in the DR living with HIV/AIDS.
No doubt it's better used in the Clinton Library.
And I don't suppose Clinton has any guilt pangs about it, even though he's been parading through the world shedding alligator tears for the AIDS problem...or he wouldn't have accepted the money.
