Form a company
Get an RNC number
Register the name of your restaurant
Get a permit from the Tourism Dept. (A lot of prerequisites)
Register your employees with the labor board and social security system
Somewhere along the line get your residence, cedula and drivers license.
If you make it this far, congratulations.
Then it really starts to get complicated.
