Are you male or female? There isn't a Dominican salon but there is a great Barber shop and I have seen them do a few female haircuts too.
King's Barber Shop. 10965 101 Street 780-426-1823. They are great. They are open 11-7 Mondays, Tues-Frid 9-6 and Saturdays from 8-5 and closed on Sundays.
