are the maintenance costs paid by the partnership of the financing parties or is there any kind of subcidy to be paid by the gubmin to keep the rates low?
just curious, 20 pesos is a great deal for a passenger, here in punta cana you pay 30 pesos as the minimum to do the shortest available ride on a guagua.
