On 2/1, 9 Motorcycle riders and 4 van riders set out from Jarabacoa for the Inaugeral MotoCaribe Southwest Dominican Republic Tour. 3 of those riders liked the Northeast tour so much they came back for more!
6 Days took us down Autopista Duarte to the El Baden road to San Cristobal (with a stop at Cuevas Pomier) through Bani to Las Salinas. Then on to San Juan de Ocoa (lunch at Rancho Francisco), Azua, Polo Magnetico and to Barahona. A ride around Lago Enriquillo, a ride to Pedernales (with a stop at the Haitian border) and Bahia de las Aguilas, a beach day at Los Patos, a long ride home, and ending with a day at Carnival Vegano.
Great time, great folks, the week just flew by. One of our return riders, Daryl (who's handle is "Thor Hiney" on message boards
