Would I be correct in thinking that a valid driver's license also applies to driving a motorcycle or pasola as it does to a car or truck?
Does the Canadian embassy validate driver's licenses like many European countries or is it more like the American embassy in that it does not?

p.s. I'm assuming that one actually needs a valid license to legally drive a moto or pasola in the DR.
