Hello. I own a small plot of land near Gaspar Hernandez (Moca District) and have a “titulo verde” but the second page has been lost.
Apparently a legal proceeding is required (“titulo por perdida”) to get a good title before the property can be transferred.
Can anyone recommend a law firm in Moca (or Santiago?) with excerience in doing this?
