Yes he totally concealed the 4 children from me. I asked him so many times if he had children and he kept telling me no. He signed ALL the immigration papers stating he had no children and that all his statements were true. I have the birth certificates of all the children stating he is the father. And the same woman is the mother.
That's why i feel immigration needs to do something in this case as all the proof is there as to how he misrepresented himself. He had an interview and they asked him if he had children and he said no. I also told immigration to check his interview as to what he told them.
I've read on here about getting the CAIP's (sp?) notes of the file. Can I still get them or is it too late? If its not too late-how do I go about getting them.
Lapurr- there is a petition you can sign. I helped put together a non-profit organization called Canadians Against Immigration Fraud. You can check out our web site and there is a petition there. I am very comitted to this issue as I am also here to help others who are going through this. When this happened to me there was nothing out there for me-nobody to talk to who had experienced the same thing. Now there is our organization and hopefully we can educate people before it happens too.
