Can you point out some examples that indicate it might be getting worse? In no way this is an attack or anything. I usually go by what I read and I haven't read a big drug scandal involving PLD like Quirino under the Hipo.
Maybe this is what my peeps refer to as the PLD "stealing with class." Things are probably going on but under the cover if you will.
