There are a few Dominicans in the Detroit area. Most have moved to the area from NYC. You can find some in Southwest Detroit or at some of the Salsadetroit events.
The community isn't that large, so don't get excited about seeing restaurants or a lot of Dominican products or foods sold in stores.
