Wanted: Freelancer to design, launch website
Info. about website:
-Needs to be flash
-Is an educational/informational public-service type of site
-Target audience is Dominican
Interested person:
-Live in, near or be willing to travel to Santo Domingo for a few meetings
-Be willing to train others on how to maintain and update the site
-Good Spanish preferred but not required
-Provide examples of pages they have designed
Other info:
-The site will not be used to sell a good or a service (dependent on advertising), so the price asked to design it needs to be reasonable
-I am an intermediary for the Dominican working on the project as they do not speak English
-This person has been looking for a Dominican to do this and has offers, but I suggested they post on here to perhaps find a foreigner who could do the job with more professional quality, shorter amount of time and for an equal or lesser price
