I have noticed more and more kite surfers coming to Punta Popi over the past couple of years. Maybe it's catching on in LT as the population continues to grow. I'm not a kite surfer and I can't tell you one good beach from the other but from what I have witnessed some pretty good winds and whip through there and the kite surfers are airborne quite a bit!
