I want to move to DR. I am us citizen with passport. I have a couple of questions? First i have an open court date, it is a class a mis, prob get like 1-2 year in jail. i am retired from military, so dont need a job in DR. Will i be sent back to US if i am for any reason to be stopped in DR? Also is there a statue of limitations on not going to court? My thoughts are 30 years in DR are better then 2 in jail. dont need to be told i am a scum bag for wanting to run, i feel bad enough for wanting to leave the country i served for 30 years! any positive feed back or advise is welcome
