I can believe this piece of info. Why not??? The city is the closest to NYC, so why not Philly become the second largest??? I know that Philly has the third largest
PR population behing only NYC and Chicago. And while Census says that Philly has about 400 people, I find that very disputable as that stat is laughable, it should be more like 50,000 to 60,000 in the city alond, and that's not counting Camden, Trenton, Atlantic City, Allentown, and Reading. Dominicans come a looooooong way in this city!!!
