At the rate they move 20 years not 20 minutes.

My last time in SDQ was February 2002, I fly from POP and STI all the time. What is Terminal B, is it the new construction or it is the same building?

Check this picture it will be as this as projected for 93/94 but now will be as the same as the picture but the numbers of gates are in total 14 gates
