Aeromar Question

Here's an Aeromar question that's been brought up before but I don't think it got answered...

Does Aeromar *sell* a business class product JFK-SDQ? When I pull availability in Sabre or on the web it doesn't show a business class inventory/fare. However, the Air Atlanta website shows their 767s with a business class cabin.

Thus, does Aeromar:

1. have the cabin/seats and just do not market the service as business class;

2. not publish business class fares via GDS;

3. upgrade on day of departure...

Am I missing something?

Aeromar Cabin

The Aeromar Boeing 767-300 is leased to an Saudi Arabian Airline for some months and will be back for high season.

yeah but do they offer business or first class? from what us stated, the planes they are using right now have those classes but they are not available in Sabre.

Yes the offer First, business and economy class i you see i posted on the last replay the cabin ranged and route.

Well, if they offer it, they don't sell it! What a waste to have a First Class product and not sell it. No First/Business Class fares are published by BQ and web searches on Expedia and Travelocity confirmed this.

When will BQ get its 767-300ER back from Air Atlanta? Sabre shows BQ operating with only the 767-200ER and not even the 757 anymore.

The B767-300 is currently flying on the Saudian Arabian market (Hadjj)

B767-200 offers FIRST, BIZ, en ECO you need to contact Aeromar or you travel agent for more information

what does BQ stand for anyway?

BQ is airline IATA code for Aeromar, like AA for American Airlines.

Actually this is strange, why do they have FCY configuration if they sell only Y class, there is no C and F fares for BQ flights. It seems they don't sell it at all.

Another interesting fact, Aeromar uses J fare for economy class, this is funny, normally J letter is used for Busines discounted fares.
First class can be coded as P F A, Business Class is C D J

Samana, how do you sell F class tickets, F fares are not available in Amadeus, Sabre, Gabriel or World Span
