my question in english is
aeromar is cheaaper than american airline .but i dont want to but tickets if aeromar is going to be bankrupt in 6 months
im asking for your opinion!
Aeromar have enough money and will not go to banrkuptcy if you see United Airlines.
Aeromar have plans to buy another Boeing 737 for end of the this year 2003,.
Aeromar no va a quebrar como Dominicana Airlines Aeromar domina desde 1969 de CARGA hasta desde 1999 pasajeros.
Aeromar estas volando la bandera nacional i con la Categoria FAA 2 es muy bien para una linea que estas dominado con American Airlines vuelos hacia Republica Dominicana.
la cosa es que tienes aeronaves rentada de otro linea aereas que estas en FAA Categoria 1, i por eso Aeromar no peudes volar con matricula Dominicana a los Estados Unidos.
Last I looked it wasn't worth it to me to fly Aeromar instead of American. Wasnt that much cheaper. Maybe they have gotten more competitive. I doubt it though.
Bankrupt or not, and currently not, AA will be a whole lot more reliable on these routes which they make a lot on freight alone and they have a schedule and stick to it. We read a lot of Aeromar but do they consistently produce ?
You need to understand American Airlines Inc. i a big airline and have alot of aircrfats and have a lot more image than Aeromar LAD.
Aeromar is still promoting their image as reported at Listin Diario some days back, their promoting 2 persons for 1 ticket, it's to get people on Aeromar tpo enjoy their service and get clients for Aeromar.
With all this matters with FAA Cat1 and crew of Icelnadic not all im realy happy what Aeromar is doeing.
As follows:
North American Airlines (2 weekly flights JFK-SDQ and JFK-STI)
American Airlines (3/4 daily flights JFK-SDQ) and 2 daily JFK-STI
Aeromar LAD (1 daily flight on SDQ-JFK and STI-JFK) at this moment for next month they will do 2 daily of ich route. Aeromar is the onlyst airline thats giver First Class on route JFK-SDQ and STI-JFK, MIA-SDQ
Aeronaves Queen Air Services (1 weekly flight on Saturday JFK-SDQ-PUJ-JFK) operated by Skyservice
later will Aero Continente and Air Santo Domingo starting in this route so we will see a big competency and better for the people more cheap fares to Dominican Republic ony for a 3,5 hours flight.
