Default 3 Viva press releases

Viva International Announces Equipment Financing
Ft. Lauderdale, FL.---September 4, 2003---Viva International, Inc. (OTCBB:VIVI) announced that it has reached agreement on a 3 aircraft acquisition and financing package with Mach Aero International. Under the agreement, Viva acquires L-1011-50, S/N #1080 and 2 727-100 Freighters.
Stuart Carnie, President and CEO of Viva International, Inc. said, “As a result of my long standing relationship with Mach Aero, I was able to bring them to look at the Viva business opportunity. Their willingness to provide financial backing demonstrates great support for the Viva project and its business plan. The L-1011 was formerly used by TWA and has been in long term storage in Arizona. The aircraft requires return to service checks that will be performed initially in Arizona and completed in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic after the aircraft has been ferried”.
This acquisition and financing agreement represents over $3.5 million in aircraft, tooling, maintenance and spares packages. A schedule of aircraft movements will be issued as scheduled.

Viva International Announces Joint Venture Agreement
Ft. Lauderdale, FL.---September 3, 2003---Viva International, Inc. announced today that it has negotiated a joint venture agreement with Pride Airline Network of Humble, Texas. Finalization of legal documents has been ordered. Under the joint venture agreement, Pride provides Viva the use of 2 Boeing 767-200 ER’s. Pride has placed the necessary deposits with the aircraft leasing company. Viva International, Inc. will provide infrastructure for landing rights, over fly rights, reservations, ticketing and ground handling.
Stuart Carnie, President & CEO of Viva International said, “This joint venture agreement with Pride allows us the utilization of 767 aircraft to operate some of our longer flights as well as operate certain flight requirements for Pride. Proposed routes and schedules will be posted on the Viva International, Inc. website as soon as they are available. The opportunity to develop our European out market into the Caribbean is very easily incorporated into this arrangement. As a Company, we have previously explored acquisition of 767’s so certainly this decision to enter into this joint venture agreement opportunity is consistent with our business plan. We are pleased to be able to work with Pride Airline Network. The substantial investment that they have made to this project represents a strong commitment to this project. Pride is requiring commencement of flight services in 30 to 45 days”.

Good stuff.
I've always said that VIVI was going to fly. Now the question is, are they going to last?
The investors seem to think so. Since the announcement of the sh!t canning of Scott the company stock has been up 70%.

well, it seems that FINA/VIVA forgot that today is SEP 4th, they promised to open the sell for their flights on AUG15, then postponed to SEP 2, due Telephone Company delays and now they are in silence. So, will those flights transport air or they are completely sold out and they don't need to sell it?
What about deposit for BSP, do they have that money available? Let's see what will happen on OCT 2!

By the way, does anybody know if VIVA/FINA has a 2 letter IATA code and 3 digit number? If they do it means that they are 1 step further from being a virtual airline.

Viva se ve como una maravilla, pero se esta viendo como una falsa, hhmmmm?????????'

y ademas la RD tiene 4 aerolineas con grandes aviones con vuelos internacionales, y en buen estado y expandiendose, no se necesitan mas. Viva no hace falta.
