Default What dominican airline will you use?

What dominican airline you will choose to fly?

1. Aeromar with its 737, 757 and 767?
2. LAN with the newest B767-300 and ONE WORLD service standard?
3. Aerocontinente and their new B767 with the cheapest fares?
4. Air Santo Domingo and its cheap fares and modern technology?
5. VIVA and its 30 years old L1011?

You missed the most reliable picks:

AA
CO
US

And Lan Dominicana is as Dominican as I am, since it is a Lan Chile subsidiary. Sure you might save 2 pesos on 1,3,4 but when the times get tought I bet more people are happier with the big 3 US Airlines than your choices. Lan would be nice if they went farther than MIA, I'd happily fly them from Toronto non-stop if they would do that, since I get AA miles on LAN anyway.

ricktoronto, we are not in Congress, please stay inside of the question lines. If you wish to fly from Toronto to SDQ directly you can hire a business jet. The question is about dominican new carriers, so please do not start unwanted topics within. Thank you.

Who read this forum , and with most airline related articles about half-baked airlines that have horrible schedules if they start at all, it is fair and balanced to point out there is nothing wrong, in fact there is a lot right about sticking with AA and CO etc.

And Lan Dominicana is not Dominican, it is Chilean.
