General comments?
I flew with Air Santo Domingo from JFK-SDQ. Great service, flight on time, very friendly and nice ground crew.
The onboard service was great, they give national food among other choices, they give free national drinks.
Even though in SDQ the ground service was OK, JFK's service is great and they are the ones giving the example of the company (in terms of base/station), but after all I do recomend other people to fly with them, and I will fly with Air Santo Domingo from now on.
I can now say that there is a REAL Dominican airline operating from New York. I see that they are very good in the San Juan route, and I wish them the best in their future. Even though I cannot wait until they start Santiago operations. Thank you Air Santo Domingo for such great service.
