Expirience with Air Santo Domingo

Yesterday I used EX to fly SDQ NYC. The service is very good, 100% ontime performance, absolutely professional attention, no APA Airlines like chaos. TMA crew, good food, movie was shown. Beer and alcoholic drinks as well as headseats are avaiolable for 4 USD, since I was travelling in F class I didn't have to pay for it. The atmosphere onboard was very professional. Many music channels with different music.

100% load factor. Passengers seemed to be very satisfied. Plane landed at 6 00 PM and at 6 15 I was outside of the terminal 4, I was impressed.

EX looks very professional, the style is presented in all details, flight attendants are very nice, all female.

The most important factor for me was achieved, ontime arrival, video, audio, good food, clean plane. Seats in Y are new, design of the cabin is nice. Check-in counter at SDQ works very fast.

So ASD is becoming a real airline, there was no difference for me between ASD and other worlwide carriers I know.

I thought that they were Dominican ?

Ticket designator says F, seats are 2 = 2, so for shorthaul flight it is something between Business Premium and F
