Fly from Las Galeras to Santo Domingo

I am planning to fly from Las Galeras to Santo Domingo. Can I buy the ticket only few days in advance ?

The only way you can "fly" from Las Galeras is by private or chartered helicopter as there is no airport. However, you can fly from el Portillo in Las Terrenas to Santo Domingo via Aerodomca's scheduled daily run or fly by private charter from Samana's Arroyo Barril airport. Aerodomca may stop at Arroyo Barril and pick you up there if you ask them.
