Default Fina Air, 4 daily flights to SDQ?

Now they have 3 aircraft and flying between SDQ-SJU with 4
flights a day and 1 daily flight SDQ-BQN next week they will start Mayaguez service also.

Vamos a ver como le va a Lazaro Canto y su compania de Fina....despues que no le fue muy bien con Ponce airlines services en SJU.

I was under the impression that they flew public charters, not scheduled service. According to the DOT Docket Management office (dms.dot.gov), they don't even have an application on file to fly scheduled services.
