Russian airlines increase its operations to DR
Transaero Airlines will increase its service MOW-PUJ operated by763. From October flights will be opoerated on Tuesdays and Fridays. nonstop 12 hours flight brings 230 passengers from Moscow.
VIM Airlines also operates MOW-SNN-PUJ and some MOW-SNN-SDQ, those flights are under IL62M aircraft.
East Line Airlines operated several charter flights to PUJ last year.
Airfare MOW PUJ MOW is 700 USD RT by Transaero and 1100 by VIM airlines.
Tickets from PUJ to MOW are from 350 USD one way.

I am the touroperator that received the 3rd part of all passengers on these flights we sell those seats in MOW and handle tourists in PUJ.
Stanley, VIM Airlines schedules are not stable, they will fly when touroperators sell it. There is no need to operate regular flights from RU to DO, no demand from DO to RU at all.

So, some charters fly under timetables, but ok.
VIM fly when operator sell, but i saw Transaero fly 2 flight a week, Transaero will fly under timetables or like VIM too.??

Charters have timetables, but it changes a lot, they have scheduled a flight maybe for 8am and they can postponed to 4pm without notice, ofcourse the people that will fly on this flight are informed and they dont know the schedule, usually they will know it 1 week before departure.
