I need to find a deal going to Panama

I want to check out somewhere different than D.R. and want to check out the Panama area. I want to know where i can purchase a AI package with airfare at . I will be leaving from Chicago. I also want to know when it is a good time to visit Panama besides Carnaval time.

A travel agent in Chicago? Probably worth a shot. The 2 papers must have a whack of travel ads on Sundays with various destinations - Panama doesn't have a ton of them, but it has AI's and packages out of Toronto so I assume Chicago as well. Also you might think of Belize and Costa Rica.

You might try to find a DR1 equivalent, web board (Panama1.com, e.g.) to ask this as of course it is not anything to do with going to the DR, in fact it is totally opposite according to why you are asking.

Thanks for the sites but panama1 is in all spanish and my spanish isn't that great. Also the travel agencys in Chicago charge way more than an agency in NY or on the internet would.
I am pretty sure there on people who come to this site that has been to Panama and D.R. I just want to know a good deal and whats the best month or day to go

You can get here quite often cheap enough - then a Toronto based agency (lots online) might have good prices and of course in CAD they are 25% lower than the US as stated. Try www.belairtravel.com for some ideas.
