Default Jet Blue Vs AA

I bought a ticket for July. I paid 379 vs 579. Thats a big savings.

I find that if you don't want to fly in to New York or Newark the cost to get Puerto Plata is ridiculous, really puts up the cost of a vacation. I can book clients from LA or San Francisco thru NY for less than I can from Washington DC.

Default 3 airlines

Now we have Delta & Jet Blue, so the fairs may be lower than $300 at times.

I booked for June 17 RT on AA for 340 including taxes for my daughter and 160 One way for myself also on AA. I get frequent flyer miles and go into Puerto Plata to get to Sosua which is an hour closer both ways. Jet Blue has nothing over AA in my opinion until they can beat their prices which they don't.
