Intercontinental Low Cost carriers; a new era begins!
Air Madrid launches their flights yesterday (30 May 2004) with an inaugural flight to Punta Cana from Madrid.
Air Madrid is one of the new airline with low fares roundtrips for just only € 399 (from Madrid to Punta Cana and Puerto Plata)
Thomas Cook/ Condor are also planned to rework their plans and will change their charter airline in to low cost airline with intercontinental destination.
CONDOR has reverted to its name from the ‘Thomas
Cook Airlines powered by Condor’ marketing label and is
being promoted by its parent company, Thomas Cook, as
a low-fare carrier. Seat-only prices to the USA,
Caribbean, Africa, and Asia, start at EUR99, and short-
and medium-haul flights from EUR29.
