POP to US VI ??

Does anyone know if there is a direct flight from POP to St Croix (STX) or St Thomas (STT), without having to go through San Juan or Miami (or for that matter without AA) ?

I had a schedule of flights out of POP at one time, but no luck with the memory today of where I put it in my favorites (much less which computer it is on- home or work!)!

Is there a cheaper way to San Juan than AA?

I just researched such a trip from POP to San Juan and could not find a better way than AA. The total price was $337.20 for a round trip. It turned out to be cheaper than taking the Ferry from Santo Domingo by the time you add the Bus/Taxi costs from POP to Santo Domingo and then from Ferry dock in PR to San Juan.

I suppose when you add in taxes and airport charges, it reaps up to an amount similar to AA's, but take a look. They are in business to compete.
