LOL!!! Seems to me like they're going too far now. Extra charges for some window and aisle seats???

They already charge for in-flight meals, headphones, 2nd bags, 9/11 security, etc.

What's next, being charged for toilet paper? How about in-flight usage of the overhead light?

Don't forget the seat belt surcharge. The oxygen mask is complimentary but there will be a cost for the oxygen.

and I have only seen this happening on Jet Blue............I haven't seen it on AA.........

When you have a ticket on JetBlue they will send you emails, asking if you want to upgrade your seat with "more room", and if so they charge you $15.00.........

Now 5 of the major US based airlines will soon start charging to check a second bag. So for anyone traveling on Delta, US Airways, or Continental and checking in 2 pieces of luggage, you will be charged an extra $25 USD. You can bet that AA will follow shortly.
