Does anyone know if Sunwing still flies into the DR during the summer? Me and my friend received travel vouchers and we would like to go back this summer, but the flight schedules end on May 2nd on their site. I have tried e-mailing them but have not gotten a response. Thank!
if you are in Canada, try West Jet, they fly on Saturdays all through May and June (didn't check any further) AND they have a seat sale on until I believe the end of April
Sunwing is a charter, so they only fly to the DR during the peak season. They start their flights again in Nov. 2008. Sorry, looks like you will have to pay to come back in the summer.
you can check with your travel agent, but I'm 98% sure. Their online booking only allows for flights to the DR until May 2 and do not resume until Nov. I know for certain that West Jet flys at least until the end of June, because I am booked for end of May.
