Where do you intend to cross the border? Whilst one doesnt anticipate a delay at that time of the morning, err on the side of caution and leave ample time so you dont get yourself stressed.
One thing you will never have to deal with are line-ups at the check in counter there, smooth sailing to say the least and wonderful agents.
(Fort Erie I believe is the closest crossing to BUF airport, with Queenston-Lewsiton not being too far either).
