Jet Blue to POP, stop over in JFK

I just looked at Continental for early september.
Price was $375 +/- round trip all in from Newark to POP
I think they have cut back from daily flights - seems to be Wednesdays and weekends

On the Jet Blue flight from Buffalo to Puerto Plata, is the $10usd tourist card included? as well as the $20usd departure tax?

you have to purchase the tourist card upon arrival at POP
departure tax is included in the taxes on your ticket
