Are there any domestic airlines, or charter airlines that have air service between Santo Domingo (SDQ) and Punta Cana (PUJ)
I have 30 passengers that need transportation..

You can try Caribair its the local airline here they fly to Punta Cana, Santiago and Puerto Plata.

ACSA has daily flights from the capital to Punta Cana. You can find the information at Air Century - the flight to PUJ leaves around 8.30 am and from PUJ back to the Capital is around 5 or 6 pm - fares start at US$45 each way
