It is "One Thing" to vote on a bill before the US Senate.and "Another Thing" to vote on that bill once it has been "Vetoed" by the President!
We will see what happens when the "Vetoed" bill comes back to the Senate.
Many times a Senator will vote "Yes" the first time,and then vote "No" when it returns,or be marked "Absent". That way he can say; "I voted for the bill before I voted against the bill". "ALA" Sen. Carey
