Default Car Rentals in the DR.
What can you folks tell me about renting a car in the DR. On my next visit I'd like to travel to several places and was wondering if renting a car would be better than using taxies. I'd like to visit the areas of Puerto Plata and Luperon. Was thinking of staying in Luperon but also wanted to be able to visit Puerto Plata and the surrounding area.
