Admittely I am silly right now because I am packing my bag for a 9:30 flight in the morn for fun in the sun---1) I think OP is already out of biz. Doesn't know how to name her rest. and has not responded. Well, if she thinks this marketing info is free she has another thing coming. No free lunches!!!
2) Most important--she doesn't know that DR1 members naming a rest. is a kiss of death!. Remember the BS we went thru with design plans for menus, names, and on and on with his web master in POP? JxxxxCxxxxt, he bought $25000 worth of market testing before he even opened. Now, he's not selling a rest. he selling the valuable property.Tambo sent to me via PM some threads from another forum board that made me laugh so hard I think Tambo owes me a dry cleaning charge for my pants!
Well enough for ahora-need to pack my bag with essentials! Take a guess-what?

Of the top of my head I know at least 4 in the Orlando area.

However, I can eat at a Cuban restaurant or whatever and tell you if the cook is Domincan; they are the only ones who consistently make delicious rice and beans. The PR's and Cubans are guilty of using canned beans a lot of times and add absolutely no seasoning to their rice.

Just a point.
Cubans- never, repeat never, season rice. Please....
Second - canned beans? That is a gringada... hoya de presion.
Third - It sould like you live in a Cuban "wish to be" environment-
Tons of places in Florida to eat true Cuban -
