Default Planning to purchase in Cocotal
We are planning on purchasing in Cocotal and are wondering if there is anyone out there that we could chat with who already own property there? We are from Canada and would only be there for a few months. Wondering about how easy it is to rent to our friends/family and getting temporary passes for them to assess Melia resorts.

I believe "Playa Caribe" that posts here owns a villa in Cocotal.

You can also send Thomas here at the office an email as he is very familiar with the development.

Would you know how I contact "Playa Caribe". Do I just address a message to `Playa Caribe`.
