Excursions in Samana

Hello,

Do any of you know of reliable excursionists in Samana.. Am staying in Samana for 1 night but would like to visit.. Salto del Limon, Cayo levantado and Playa rincon... Am staying at Gran Bahia Principe Cayacoa and the hotel referred me to Sol Tour but they are awfully expensive... any one else you could suggest?

That is quite a bit to try and accomplish in one day. Last year, we spent one day doing Salto El Limon and Playa Rincon alone and were gone close to 10 hours.

We did it with a private driver, Spanish speaking only. If you are interested in getting more details, feel free to PM me.

I don't know if this post is coming too late, but we do excursions by boat from Las Galeras to Playa Rincon. Snorkeling is available as part of the excursion as well. We would arrange a taxi from your hotel to Las Galeras.
