Making it official...

When will they slap Leonel's picture on the 'chiclet' and officially name it a currency in the DR?

Hand over a RD$50 at the colmado for something that costs RD$27 and get back RD$20 and 3 'chiclets'. WTF is that, lol?

Not the end of the world of course but try PAYING for something that costs RD$8 with a RD$5 coin and 3 'chiclets' and see what happens!

Not cool, the 'chiclet' needs to be officially recognized.
