punta Cana veterinarian?

Hello everyone! I was just recently in Punta Cana Dominican Republic and it was amazingly beautiful. When I was there I fell in love with a stray dog and i would very much like to bring him to Canada to live with me. All I need to do is find a licensed veterinarian and get him vaccinated/ health certificate. If anyone has any information on where to find a licensed veterinarian in Punta Cana, please contact me here or at lesleyfournie@hotmail.com Thankyou!
