2) Rattan Dominicano is located on the road that connects the Duarte Hwy and Avenida Juan Pablo Duarte.
Directions: Come into Santiago by the main highway from POP, through the tunnel.go straight when you come to the roundabout (traffic circle). this is Estrella Sadhalá. Go straight on this road past eight or nine traffic lights. Do NOT take the elevated portion. At the second light under the elevated portion, turn left. This is Juan Pablo Duarte. Follow this road for three or four lights, look for an Esso Station on your right.
The next light is the road you want. You can only turn right. About 200 yards on your left is the entrance to Rattan Dominicano. The owner is Sang Ben, probably Ping Jan will be there. Good people.

Hope this works.

hi i want to make a correction, Rattan Dominicano is not located in santiago and sang ben and ping jan are not members of the company, we have sold them some of our exclusive materials but they do not represent our company or our products.

we, Rattan Dominicano s.a., are located in Carretera Mella Km 22, Santo Domingo. and the owners are Porfirio Peralta, and I, Carlos Peralta. we have nationwide dealers (non exclusive) and have a speacial projects department. we could have our representatives visit your project and assist you, we also develop products to the customers need. please verify us by searching for our website.

I made a boo boo and the folks at Rattan Dominican, some people in sAnto Domingo are on mycase.

The really great rattan place is Artesanía Rattan on Rafael Vidal just off of Juan Pablo Duarte (past the ESSO station on the road out to Moca). The Sang's still run it and I''ll bet they still make great stuff.

Do not know anything about the folks in Sto Dgo..

My apologies, my fault..
