hey i was wondering if anyone knows any cosmetic doctor that you would recommend for a tummy tuck in d.r i heard it was cheap in d.r but i rather be safe and speak to people who had work done by doctors they recommend. thanx

First, there is NO such title as a "cosmetic" doctor/surgeon!
There are PLASTIC surgeons only being certified. Everything else is BS (may still be a Dr... , maybe even a surgeon... but "cosmetic" surgeon is a self assigned non-qualification).

I don't know Dr. Luis E. Gonzalez, but I have a link to what at least used to be his web site (which used to indicate that he was a board certified plastic surgeon): http://www.ciruplastic.com/ , however, as I write this, that web site is apparently DOWN.
