Where are the best pizza places in SD? and whats a ball park price?

I am not impressed with pizza hut

Pizzarelli isn't so bad. There is one on the SDQ Malecon, but they are others scattered around also.

Tell them to cook the pizza well done. I don't know if you like corn on your pizza. I sure don't. But they will add it to your pizza so tell them not to.

There are a few decent pizza places on el conde in zona colonial they have at least 5 different spots for pizza. As a matter of fact there is one about half way through the el conde that is relatively new open about a month and a half that is pretty good. Also I had pizza in one of the restaurants (sorry can't recall the name) on the So. Side of el conde between Isabella Catolica and Las Damas that was pretty good.

Pizarelli is the best we have to offer in the DR right now. Not NYC type pizza but a very eatable one.

To my surprise Bailey's in Sosua put out a pretty nice pie.

Trattoria del vesubio, in el malecon has the best pizza in SD, in my opinion.
Pizzarelli is good as well. Pala pizza is not bad.

THe best pizza I've had in DR was at the German place at the main plaza in Boca CHica. Not NYC pizza...but perty darn good. THere was also a brick oven place for a couple of years.

Both are gone. I've seen some so-so places on el conde.

but nothing...NOTHING beats a pie at Lombardis on Spring & Mott in NYC.

Look and DROOL!!!

oh...this one runs about 18 USD
